Job Description

Overall administration of Lifeguard & Beach cleaning services in assigned beaches of Goa. Digitised & manual documentation/ data maintenance & enhancing the tourism experience through internal/ external communications are the main focus area for this job role. 

Key Responsibilities

  1. Reporting  & maintaining the various data , attendance & incidents on daily basis

  2. Interaction with Tourist for their safety , Educating the Tourists on Beach Safety Rules

  3. Lifeguard ( LG ) and Beach Cleaning ( BC) Attendance administration ( weekly offs & other leaves in conjunction with beach captain) on day to day basis

  4. Follow up with maintenance department for maintenance jobs and preparation of weekly reports. Support in the aging stock % reduction by informing & updating the maintenance department

  5. Inspect & audit beach operations

  6. Assist in the maintenance of Lifeguard Centre and Tower

  7. Maintaining the Documentation related to the QMS system

  8. Stock audit of stores and Towers

  9. Explain welfare measures ,  Assist LG and BC for PF and ESIC claims

  10. Satisfying all salary related queries of LG and BC

Qualifications, Experience & Skill requirements:

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field

  • Computer savvy

  • Candidate should have Two wheeler Licence

  • 1 year of experience as a HR / Operations / Customer service executive

  • Trustworthy with attention to confidentiality

  • Based out of North Goa

  • Ability to communicate well in English and Konkani/ Marathi

  • Detail-oriented and organised

Preferred/Desired Qualifications

  • Master’s degree
