Designation : IT Support Engineer (Field Position)

Reporting to : Project Manager / IT HEAD
Job Summary
Key Responsibility:
As part of a Tech team you will need to handle network operations, hardware, operating systems, system architectures. At Drishti we are early adopters of many cloud based, open source and have a continuous focus on adopting new tools. The ideal candidate for this full time permanent position would be a self-motivated, proactive individual with a can-do attitude & a passion to stay upgraded on skills as per the requirement of the Group Company & Project team.
Duties:
Provide first point of IT Support contact for all Drishti Groups staff across the network.
Install, configure & maintain network services, equipment and devices
Configuration of routing and switching equipment.
Monitor systems and implement changes.
Install & Configure Cameras & Biometric machines with regular maintenance.
You would have to travel to IT setups across Goa for regular maintenance.
Ability to investigate issues and requirements and identify and prioritise appropriate solutions.
Ability to maintain detailed and accurate records.
Offer assistance to other employees in the use of various technologies.
Qualifications, Experience & Skill requirements:
Key Skills:
Linux operating systems, Networking, IT management, Cameras, Hardware, Biometric
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology preferred.
0 - 1 year of relevant IT industry experience
