About the Role:
We are looking for a Junior Assembly Mechanical Engineer to support our electric vehicle (EV) manufacturing team. This role involves assisting in the assembly processes, ensuring quality standards, troubleshooting mechanical issues, and optimizing production efficiency. It is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or engineers with limited experience who are eager to grow in the EV industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Assembly Support: Assist in the mechanical assembly of electric vehicle components, including battery packs, motors, chassis, and drivetrain.
Production Assistance: Work alongside senior engineers and technicians to ensure smooth assembly line operations.
Quality Checks: Conduct basic inspections and tests to ensure assembled parts meet design and quality standards.
Process Improvement: Suggest and implement minor improvements to enhance assembly efficiency.
Troubleshooting: Identify and report mechanical issues in the assembly process, assisting in problem-solving.
Collaboration: Coordinate with design and production teams to ensure alignment with engineering specifications.
Documentation: Maintain records of assembly procedures, quality checks, and engineering modifications.
Safety & Compliance: Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and adhere to safety regulations in the workplace.
Key Requirements:
Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: 0-2 years of experience in mechanical assembly, preferably in the EV or automotive sector.
Technical Skills:
Basic understanding of mechanical assembly and manufacturing processes.
Familiarity with tools, fixtures, and equipment used in vehicle assembly.
Exposure to CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD) is a plus.Soft Skills:

Good communication and teamwork abilities.
